Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the indicated procedure and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain at your expense communicated by email in return for your request. Upon receipt your order will be fully refunded.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@fruttanera.com
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and then give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and he will know you have returned the item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

If you are shipping an item valued over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
